Mr. Lloyd Lu possesses double Master's degrees in Law, with one achieved in Australia . He is a Member of House Counsel of Shanghai Municipal Government and a Member of young lawyer Commission of Shanghai Bar Association. He is also an active Partner of Shanghai No.1 Law Firm. Mr. Lloyd Lu was admitted as a member of the Charted Institute of Arbitrators of UK ( United Kingdom ) on the 10th of September 2004. Mr. Lloyd Lu became a Member of state –owned Assets Emerging and Reconstructing lawyers appointed by Shanghai state-owned property management committee and Shanghai Bar Association in December 2004. Mr. Lloyd honored became lecturer of MPA of TongJi University in China in March,2006.

Mr. Lloyd acquired his second Master's degree of law from University of Technology , Sydney , Australia . His first was from from Nanjing University. With solid law theories, legal practicing experience and super-strong ability of settling legal relations in his hands, Mr. Lu closes approximately 80 cases annually. His academic papers were published on National Academic Magazines, such as Nanjing Normal University Transaction. With the intensive knowledge of the English language, Mr. Lu is able to provide more direct legal services for oversea investors and Joint Ventures. He was also invited as guest speaker in GREAT EASTERN LAWYERS and TODAY'S LAW programs hosted by Shanghai Dongfang People's Broadcast Station and CCTV. Many of his cases were quoted in reputable Chinese newspapers including WENHUI NEWSPAPER, SHENJIANG SERVICE GUIDE, NEWS MORNING EDITION, and XINMIN EVENING PAPER. Some of Mr. Lloyd Lu's cases were also reported in JIFANG DAILY, XINMIN EVENING PAPER and SHANGHAI DAILY in 2004. One of the resolution proposal drafted by Lloyd Lu, was submitted to National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference for discussion in 2001 as an outstanding resolution to the city of Shanghai .

Mr. Lloyd Lu, as one of the 10 Chinese Lawyer's delegation's members, participated the YOUNG LAWYERS FORUM in Shanghai in September 2003. This forum gathered 10 members from each of the three delegates, China , Hong Kong, and UK. In October 2004, Mr. Lloyd Lu participate communication with foreign lawyers frequently to make easier to deal with foreign legal issues and legal study.

Mr. Lloyd drafted first legal opinion of state – owned Assets Emerging and Reconstructing to XuHui district government of Shanghai on 24 February 2005.This first Reconstructing state-owned company project was approved by Shanghai XuHui district state-owned property management office and XuHui district construction committee on 28 February 2005.

Mr. Lu has a thorough understanding of operating mechanism of companies in various formats including foreign-owned companies, their legal configurations, as well as the obligations.
